DOSHIC INSPIRED: I have been trained in applying Ayurvedic principles to designing a yoga practice from ShivaShakti. This will include looking at the way the seasons, time of day, our constitution, and current experiences are impacting daily life and building a practice to promote balance.

TRAUMA INFORMED: I have been trained following practices from The Trauma Institute on how to apply specific principles of care. There is no pressure to execute a perfect posture, this process is about your personal experience. Expect to be provided choices, have clear verbal language, and move at a slower, steady pace
